Dressipi helps customers buy products they love and, just as importantly, that they keep, by using personalisation.

Which retail brand do you most admire? And why?

Amazon – love them or loathe them, they’ve done a brilliant job of understanding what customers want and delivering on that, mainly getting products to people efficiently.

What is the biggest opportunity for retail brands? And why?

Using the data that they have in better ways and acquiring new data to really make the products that the customer wants.

What is the one piece of advice you'd share with your retailer peers?

Use and analyse the data that you have, from the information that you have pre manufacturing all the way to the shop floor, to tie the whole production chain together.

What single thing would improve the quality of your life?

A personal yoga teacher available at any time who could also give me nutritional advice.

What one app can you not live without?

Spotify, which I use 12 hours a day – at home, in the office, when I’m travelling. I love music, it’s a passion of mine, and Spotify is brilliant because it gives me access to all music. It’s also one of the few apps that is truly multiplatform, so you can change platforms without a glitch.
