AWS: Using Data to Differentiate

Dinner
May 25, 2022
Summary
Data, data everywhere but are we getting the value?
Data conundrums appear almost daily within organisations of every scale. Despite data volumes anticipated to double by 2025, a common source of organisational angst is that the value derived from this data is not growing at the same rate.As our ExecLeaders community gathers for the third time in 2022, we wanted to take the opportunity to dive into what progressive organisations are doing to turn data into competitive advantage. Whether improving data literacy, changing mental models for using data, working backwards from customers’ needs, or implementing a modern data lake, we’ll discuss pragmatic methods of creating differentiation through data including:
- Elevating data - linking data to business objectives and making data a leadership discussion
- Resourcing right - building teams that realise meaningful outcomes from data quickly and constantly
- Curating curiosity – changing mindsets to find answers and unconsidered questions in data
This event is complimentary and is in a Covid safe setting: It will be a small intimate event for industry leaders. All government and safety regulations will be in place.
