Ms Mitchell is the Chief Merchandising Officer of Space NK and is responsible for Buying (including product and brand relationships), Merchandise Planning (inventory), Education (store team training and service), and has been with Space NK for over 5 years, previously overseeing Buying both locally in the UK and globally. During this time she has introduced brands such as Drunk Elephant, Olaplex, Sol de Janeiro, Charlotte Tilbury, and Rose Inc in partnership with Rosie Huntington Whitely. She has also led the teams responsible for the overhaul of both the inventory management approach and in store service model.
She started her career with Boston Consulting Group where she spent 7 years working with global clients across Retail, Healthcare, FMCG, and Industrial sectors.

Patty J Chan is Chief Digital Officer of luxury beauty brand 111SKIN. In her role as their Chief Digital Officer, she is setting the framework to enable and support the growth for the Digital Team. She has also overseen the implementation of several international DTC initiatives: setting up online presence in Amazon’s Premier Beauty, Tmall Global store, and recently Nykaa in India.
She has experience working for enterprise-level retailers including the world’s retail leader Walmart, a consulting role leading digital transformation projects for the global clients of Publicis Groupé, and has seen in her recent roles at Boots, Liberty and FT 100 Company Cult Beauty that customer experience and technology are of equal importance for a successful digital experience.
