The Consumerology Summit was held on Wednesday 12th June at the British Museum, London, and was attended by a wealth of industry experts and eCommerce and retail leaders.
The topics for discussion explored changing customer behaviours and expectations, with particular focus on the habits and attitudes of the millennial generation, as well as seasonal trends in buying. Marc Lewis and the students of the School of Communication Arts also joined as guest speakers. They were there to provide creative responses to live briefs from brands on the day, which were well received by the audience.
