Summary
Shaping Seamless Experience
The way you style your digital experience is paramount. Whilst the theme evolves the challenge remains - how do you stand out? How is your presence unique in the digital world? Our 4th annual Digital Style conference brought the goods once again.
Whilst the technology opportunities in eCommerce grow exponentially, a single objective to innovate is top of mind for all brands - but how best to do so? Focus has fallen again on creativity - and the overall quality of your digital presence, from creative content, UX, CX and consistency. Customers are no longer wowed by a personalised subject line or an augmented reality in-store installation. In order to truly win their hearts, the spotlight is on brands to offer a purchasing experience that is both worthwhile and memorable.
Digital Style 2020 invited professionals tasked with balancing meaningful experience, proving ROI and encouraging retention to discuss their perspectives on where digital retail is heading. Attendee’s shared their stories of mastering successful execution over the course of the day.
- Executing creatively across the customer’s purchase journey
- Stretching further than generic personalisation - injecting personality within personal
- Mastering and executing higher customer retention levels
- Creating personable and creative digital features online
- Combining a cohesive store and online experience
- Delivering unforgettable in-store and digital purchasing experience
- Proving ROI through revised digital strategies
