Dinner 2018
At this year's pre-festive "Directors in Digital" supper - we took the opportunity to think about the year ahead. We asking brands and retailers about their agenda for 2019, what the business is asking for focus on, and where their ambitions and challenges lie. This year we focused our discussion on the gradual integration of "Digital" and "eCommerce" within the business.
At our Directors in Digital Dinner we debated the following questions:
- When Digital becomes "Business as Usual" what is the role of the department and it's leaders?
- Is Digital still evolving at such a pace that there is no "BAU" yet - not for the foreseeable?
- Where does Digital end and Customer Experience begin? Are they the same thing?
- Does transformation mean being able to do away with the new roles?
