Summary

Satisfy your demanding business buyer

Now more than ever, branded manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors are under commercial pressure to turn to digital platforms to drive business transformation. As the risk of losing customers to more advanced competition grows, B2B businesses risk being left behind. But it can be challenging to find an eCommerce solution that can be quickly and cost effectively tailored to unique business requirements.

With buyers moving rapidly to a digital first approach to engage with their suppliers, there has been a surge in B2B purchases online with 53% of customers saying that they will make half or more of their workplace purchases online by 2018.

B2B customers want the flexibility to purchase 24/7 from whatever source is most convenient. The process needs to be quick, efficient, and easy, to suit their day to day needs and provide the immediacy and convenience they crave in this fast paced commerce world.

At our event we will cover the challenge of going digital within B2B Commerce, as well as discuss the benefits included in the process; new business opportunities, better buyer experience, Loyalty and revenue growth through personalisation and content focus.

What you'll get out of the event:

  • Learn from fellow leaders about the benefits of digital transformation
  • Pick up strategies on how to best organise people and programmes to transform most effectively
  • Listen to experts describing their own technology and digital strategies - how they made the journey and brought their business along for the ride
  • Share your own journey and get advice from peers about how best to meet your own challenges
