Loyalty has been re-defined in Grocery in the last 24 months. From cost-of-living pricing, inflation, supply chain and omnichannel shopping, the sector has been spinning around trying to deal with myriad issues whilst customers continue to “flirt”.

Aalia Walker is an experienced marketing professional. Most recently she was the Head of Marketing at Milk & More, Aalia successfully repositioned the brand to focus on sustainability-led messaging, grew the average basket and successfully increased brand awareness.  

Aalia is a former journalist who went on to work at a number of agencies where she's led the digital marketing strategy for brands such as Lurpak and Cravendale before establishing her own award-winning creative digital agency which she grew to 18 people. Aalia has also worked in-house for leading grocery brands including Persil and Twinings.
