Except now. We have decided to devote some time to saying thank you to those in distribution and logistics - welcoming you to our world where those dealing with the pressures of the new retail landscape get to come together and discuss the coming year in a warm, private and convivial atmosphere.
Specifically, the speed of transformation in: customer demand; regulation; competitive behaviour (Yes - including Amazon) and investment needs are now SO rapid that any opportunity to sit down quietly to discuss the challenges among peers must be welcome.
