Summary
How to use AI in eCommerce right now
Somehow we missed the chance to bleat on about AI in 2023. Thankfully there are now plenty of examples where our eCommerce community have deployed AI tools, and are seeing results. It seems that 2023 has been a year of small tests, some bigger projects but possibly not going “all in”. In 2024 we know for a fact that some of our members have big plans, so it seems the right time in February to support the debate and bring everyone together around this pivotal technology - after all we’re about the Future aren’t we?
Come for speakers, stay for workshops and honest debate. Oh, and community too - we love that word even though often we don’t know what it really means.
We are hearing about:
- Product information enrichment AI outcomes
- Automated content creation
- AI optimised landing pages
- The better bot - AI for Customer Service
- And more… of course
