Subscriptions are evolving. Once just something that was "cool" for consumers to receive a nice "gift" in the post each month, now the next generation of subscription needs to deliver real utility value AND retain the interest and consumption rate of its audience.
2022 is being promoted as the year where rebalancing will gradually happen, where we will cancel those services that got us through the pandemic.
How will subscription businesses remain relevant in the future? At our dinner we will talk mostly about the core purpose of any subscription business.... not the technology, churn or even segmentation.
