Although the devastating effects of Covid-19 has started to leave a big mark on 2020 for most of the branded FMCG & Retail sector, the beauty industry businesses large and small, look to be weathering this devastation better than most.

It's been a rough few months for a lot of brands, but some during this difficult time have excelled in providing their customers with what was needed and seen change like never before – oh yes – Digitally!

From reworking their resources to provide life changing products during shortages, to staying on trend and giving their customers an online experience to remember.

Without brands appearing too opportunistic, those who have deployed technology that learns about the shifts in customer behaviour quickly have come to the forefront in the last few months, enabling content to be micro-targeted and replenishment to be predicted. Try before you buy has also become a popular solution to brands losing those all-important in-store experiences.

Our supper will allow the industry best to share their stories and vision for standing out in this exponentially unpredictable market. We’ll apply all the relevant social distancing efforts, but we hope by this date to be able to have a hug!
