How will Luxury grow again in 2025
2025 would seem to be a pivotal year for the Luxury sector.
The struggles of digital multi-brand retailers presents an opportunity for the brands themselves to step forward into D2C with greater conviction - and with such an engaged and loyal set of consumers for every Luxury brand, the revenue opportunities are truly significant.
D2C also allows the brands themselves to better manage “availability”, to retain the exclusive feel of their products, and the special moments an investment in Luxury can create.
Our first Luxury Conference will focus on the truly important elements that Luxury will need to address in order to make the most of the opportunities available:
- Creative excellence - Luxury must take stock of the experiences being offered online and to raise the bar above other eCommerce offerings
- Managing availability - Stock availability needs to be very carefully considered at every opportunity - revenue at all costs is not an option
- Digital clienteling - Luxury has embraced store clienteling more effectively than many physical retail experiences, but online “social” selling has been left behind.
