Summary

How to become more effective at selling through

In 2024 online merchants have already identified a far greater focus on improving the website trading metrics. With product merchandising and “sell through” at the heart of every digital P&L, online merchants are tasking digital with becoming truly efficient trading teams.

This is no mean feat given the delicate nature of demand planning in the first place! Early in the year we wanted to give these leaders a discrete time to get together and debate the challenge, the missing pieces of product, pricing and promotions programs, and how they can best be filled.

Over dinner we will talk in detail about some of the refinements you’ll want to make (but you already know that right?)

What you'll gain by attending:

  • Search & Merch augmentation - Leave with a plan for what your team can do to improve today
  • Promotions that perform - Get examples and proven methods from the best in the industry
  • Product Pages - Learn how to be brilliant at scale
