Jimmy Choo is an iconic luxury fashion accessories brand defined by an empowered sense of glamour and a confident sense of style.

Which retail brand do you most admire? And why?

I’m afraid it's going to have to be my Top 3 – Kate Spade for their multichannel initiatives, ASOS for their international eCommerce success, and MR PORTER for their service, packaging and the joy opening one of their parcels brings.

What is the biggest opportunity for retail brands? And why?

Multi-channel, omni-channel, cross-channel – call it what you like and you may think it's old news, but getting it right with exceptional execution is the biggest challenge, and opportunity. Consumers want simplicity, which translates into far greater complexity for retailers.

What is the one piece of advice you'd share with your retailer peers?

Know what your customers value, and give them exactly that every time they interact with your brand by offering a seamless cross-channel shopping experience.

What single thing would improve the quality of your life?

A device that could zap me from A to B instantly. Or a helicopter would do!

What one app can you not live without?

Equal first. Google Maps and Amazon.
