In a single tweet - What does your company do?

Locayta’s technology gives merchandisers complete control over how they merchandise their products online.

Which retail brand do you most admire? And why?

Canon, because I’m a sucker for cameras and I feel some connection with them as a technology company.

What is the biggest opportunity for retail brands? And why?

Omni-channel – the ability to find, look at and buy in almost any medium – otherwise you’re leaving money on the table from existing customers.

What is the one piece of advice you'd share with your retailer peers?

Change is coming, you’ve got to embrace it and it will be exciting.

What single thing would improve the quality of your life?

If I lost some weight!

What one app can you not live without?

A Tube app to see if the Tube is actually running, a weather app to see if I need my umbrella and one called Moves, which measures how far you’ve walked – I used it in New York recently and walked 10.6 miles. My most ridiculous app converts the Roman numerals used for dates on public buildings into the standard number set.
